2. Website use

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it or submit false data. Advertising and service claims are identifiable, accurate and non-misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996. Service scope is confirmed in writing.

3. Requests and estimates

An appointment request is not a binding booking. Estimates rely on the information you provide and the stated basis; the final price may change if scope, parts, access or conditions differ. Bookings and estimates are confirmed in writing.

4. Booking, cancellation and complaints

Before booking we provide clear information on service terms, price basis, warranty, cancellation and complaints under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023. 5. Personal data and cookies

We process names, phone numbers, vehicle details and appointment data under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 29 October 2024. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. Non-essential cookies require prior consent with an easy reject option.

6. Liability and governing law

We do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the confirmed service. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by Ukrainian law; disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
