2. Data we collect
Through appointment request forms we collect your name, phone number, email if provided, vehicle details, preferred date and time and your message. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to process and confirm appointment requests, contact you about your booking, deliver the requested services, handle complaints and meet legal duties. The basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and performance of a contract. You may withdraw consent any time by writing to contact@kyneriuma.com.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers supporting us (hosting, IT support, communications) under confidentiality terms and with authorities where the law requires. Appointment data is kept no longer than 24 months after the last contact unless a longer period is legally required.
5. Cookies
Non-essential cookies and trackers are set only after your prior informed consent, which you can refuse as easily as accept. The Cookie Notice explains the purposes and providers.
6. Your rights
Under Law No. 3993-IX you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Write to contact@kyneriuma.com. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
