Prices, estimates and timelines on the site are indicative. A final price is set only after inspection of the vehicle and written confirmation by kyneriuma.com LLC. Advertising and price claims follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
Requests are not confirmed bookings
Sending a request does not create a booking. A slot is confirmed only when our service center contacts you and agrees the date, scope and price. Consumer information on service terms, price basis, warranty, cancellation and complaints is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
Warranty
Warranty coverage applies only as set out in the written warranty terms issued with the work order. Verbal statements, examples or general descriptions do not extend that coverage.
No affiliation with vehicle manufacturers
kyneriuma.com is an independent service provider. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, importer or dealer. Manufacturer names and marks are used only to describe the vehicles we service.
Official technical inspection
Official technical inspection is provided only at locations holding the required authorization or accreditation. Other inspection-related information is informational and is not an official inspection result.
Liability and governing law
Information is provided in good faith and may change. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Relations are governed by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023. Personal data is processed per Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 29 October 2024.
